Replacement Guarantee

Despite our best efforts, if a mango does fall short of expectations, we’re here to make it right with our easy replacement policy:

You can choose either of the following options:

A) Adjustment in New Order
If any mangoes are damaged or spoiled, their value will be adjusted in your next order.

OR

B) Refund
We also offer a refund for the spoiled mangoes, ensuring you never bear a loss.

Policy Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and fair process, please follow these steps:

  1. Timely Opening
    Once you receive your box, check for the aroma or yellow hue through the slit. If detected, open the box promptly.

  2. Video Documentation
    Record a full unboxing video while opening the box. This is crucial for any claim verification.

  3. Thorough Inspection
    Check all layers (top and bottom). If you find any subpar mangoes, segregate and show them clearly in the video.

  4. Photo After Cutting
    If more than 10% of mangoes are spoiled within 12 days of delivery, cut and photograph the affected ones and send us both the video and photo evidence.

  5. Quick Communication
    Reach out to us immediately upon noticing damage or spoilage to initiate the resolution.
